With the latest TrakIT update, users can now flag work orders using a colour of their choice. These flags are completely personal - only you can see the colours you assign, ensuring your work orders stay organised without affecting anyone else’s view.
This enhancement gives you a simple way to prioritise and track work orders using your own colour‑coding system. Whether you want to highlight urgent tasks, group related activities, or mark items for follow‑up, the choice is entirely yours.
To flag a work order, just open it and use the flag selector located at the top‑right corner. Choose your colour, and you’re done.
On the Operations page, you can also filter work orders by flag, making it easy to focus on exactly what you need - whether that’s a single colour or all flagged items.
