We carefully review every request and do our best to implement all enhancements that are feasible and beneficial. Our goal is always to introduce improvements in a way that strengthens the product without disrupting existing workflows or creating confusion for other users.
Recently, however, we’ve noticed an increase in requests accompanied by fixed deadlines or expectations for rapid delivery. While we fully understand that each request is important to your operations, we must balance individual needs with the broader responsibility of maintaining a stable, coherent, and reliable platform for all clients. This means prioritizing changes thoughtfully, sequencing development work responsibly, and ensuring that new features are tested, documented, and integrated in a way that benefits the entire user community.
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work through a long and continuously growing list of enhancements and custom developments. With hundreds of items in our backlog, it is simply not possible to commit to specific timelines for most feature requests. Bugs, on the other hand, are always treated with the highest urgency and are addressed as quickly as possible.
